How often is the newsletter sent out?
Usually the newsletter is sent out every month.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Login to Fantastar and select the 'Your Details' link in the top right of the page.
On 'Your Details' page uncheck the newsletter checkbox, enter your password and press Save. If you'd like to receive the newsletter in the future then check this
box and save.
