The players in your team gain or lose points based on their performance on the
field. Points are scored for measures such as goals, clean sheets, etc and are
lost for measures such as goals conceded and cards. A full list of your
league's scoring rules can be found by clicking on the 'League rules' link on
the 'News Feed' page.
My team value has gone over budget. Why is that?
Player star ratings can go up or down depending on their on-field performance, as
explained here. If all your players do well
then they might all become 5 star players and your team value exceeds the budget
(depending on what budget the league administrator sets). This is good because your players
are scoring plenty of fantasy points but can be bad because it reduces your transfer options.
It's designed to promote a close competition. If you feel that the budget is
too low then contact your league administrator
using the link on the 'News Feed' page (see below) and they might increase it for you!
How do I find out the latest points news for recent
games?
Login as a manager and the 'News Feed' tab will be displayed. The bottom of
the page lists all the recent results including the points scorers. To view the
full set of results click on the 'Teams' tab. Against each team is a
'Fixtures/Results' link. Following the link will display the complete list of
fixtures and results for that team. Hovering your mouse over the clipboard icon
(in the 'Team' column) will display a list of players who appeared at that
fixture.
When are the points updated?
It depends on when your league administrator has entered the results. Once the
results have been entered then the team/player points will usually be updated
overnight. The 'Stats Last Updated' field on the 'News Feed' tab will show
the date/time at which the points were last updated.
How do I contact the league administrator?
From the 'News Feed' tab click on the 'Contact League Adminstrator' link (under the 'League Information'
section on the right).
Fill in the required fields and clicking 'Send' will send an email to the
administrator of the league. NB Use this page if you have any queries
regarding points discrepancies; do not contact Fantastar support because
it is the league administrator who needs to resolve league specific issues.
I don't think that the results are correct. What
shall I do?
Please contact the league administrator using the 'Contact League Adminstrator'
link on the 'News Feed' tab (as above). Do not contact Fantastar

How do I change my team name?
Go to the 'My Team' tab and follow the 'Team details' link. You can update
your team name from there.
I have more than one fantasy team. How do I switch
between them?
On the 'My Team' page is a 'Show all my teams' link. Clicking on this
link will display a page containing a list of all your fantasy teams. You can
change your active team for the session by clicking on the 'Set' button for the
appropriate team.
The default team is the team that is active by default when you log in next
time. You may change your default team from this page as well.
How do I receive the email that summarises my league position?
At the click of a button a league administrator can send all managers an email summarising their league position.
To check that you are setup to receive this email go to the 'My Team' tab and follow the 'Team details' link.

How do I unsubscribe from league communication emails?
Go to the 'My Team' tab and follow the 'Team details' link. You can choose to unsubscribe from the league communication emails (stats emails, annoucements) here.
